Employers

Students select employers with whom they wish to interview based on the understanding that the employers have hiring intentions. Many students who attend the Job Fair are from out of state and incur substantial travel expenses. It is important that if you do not anticipate hiring students, you should register for informational interviews. Please complete the form below and mail the applicable registration fee (see chart) to:

All participating organizations, with the exception of non-profit public interest organizations, must submit a non-refundable $350.00 registration fee ($400 if paid after May 15) made payable to the Northwest Minority Job Fair. In addition to defraying job fair expenses, the proceeds fund four $500.00 scholarships awarded by four local minority bar associations.

Interview Schedules
  1. All full‐day interview schedules will begin at 8:00 am and end at 5:00 pm. Half‐day schedules will begin at 8:00 am and end at 11:50 am. Interviews are 20 minutes long, with a 10 minute break between each interview. Your schedule will also include a 1 hour luncheon, which will feature a guest speaker. All interviews are pre‐scheduled on a lottery basis. If candidates meet employers’ hiring criteria, they are eligible to meet with those desired employers.
